Bluebird Mining Ventures (LSE:BMV), the gold streaming and treasury company, announces that Jonathan Morley-Kirk, a non-executive director of BMV since October 2014, has informed the Company of his decision to step down from the Board with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr Morley-Kirk for his hard work and valued contribution to the Company throughout his tenure and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Company has commenced a search for a replacement and will update the market in due course.
