Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) for change in Senior Management of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr Arun Rajan is appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer with effect from today, February 17, 2025.

Consequent to above, Mr V S Ashok, who was the Chief Human Resources Officer, will move to a new role leading customer experience strategy and ESG function and will be re-designated as Executive Vice President, Customer Experience & ESG with effect from March 1, 2025.

Both, Mr Arun Rajan and Mr V S Ashok are Senior Management Personnel as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations.

Details with respect to the above change as required under Regulation 30(6) of Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure – I’ .
