Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) for change in Senior Management of the Company

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr Shashi Arora, President & Chief Operating Officer - Cooling & Purifications Appliances Group (CPAG), a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, vide his letter dated March 12, 2024, has tendered his resignation which is effective from close of business hours on April 30, 2024.

Details with respect to the above change as required under Regulation 30(6) of Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure – I’ and the letter of resignation received from Mr Sashi Arora containing detailed reason for the resignation is enclosed as ‘Annexure – II’ .
