Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023, inter alia to consider the following:

• a) Approval of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2023, as required under Regulation 33(3) and 52 of the Listing Regulations; and

• b) Recommendation of final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2023, if any, on the equity shares of the Company.

Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and Code of fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information', the trading window for the Designated Persons shall remain closed from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till Saturday, May 6, 2023 (both days inclusive).
