Further to the immediate report published by the Company on December 24, 2025¹ regarding the examination of a possible public offering of the Company's bonds (Series 9), by expanding the series (hereinafter: the bonds (Series 9) or the bonds), the Company is pleased to announce as follows:

On December 25, 2025, a tender was held for receiving early commitments from classied investors, as dened in Regulation 1 of the Securities Regulations (Method of Offering Securities to the Public), 2007 (hereinafter: classied investors), regarding a possible public offering of the Company's bonds (Series 9) (hereinafter: the tender).

In the tender, units were offered, each consisting of NIS 1,000 par value of bonds (Series 9) (hereinafter: the unit or units), by way of a tender on the price per unit.

As part of the tender, classied investors submitted early commitments to purchase 1,484,505 units (total nancial volume of approximately NIS 1.611 billion), of which the Company received (inter alia, subject to the provisions of section 5 below) early commitments from classied investors to purchase 799,891 units. The price set in the tender was NIS 1,085 per unit, which will constitute the minimum price per unit in the public offering. Accordingly, the total nancial volume for early commitments from classied investors received by the Company at the unit price set in the tender, as stated, is approximately NIS 868 million.

The nal price per unit will be determined in the public tender, if it is held.

The Company intends to approach the rating company to update the rating report regarding the bonds (Series 9), in accordance with the total fundraising amount determined by the Company, and as may be required. ²

The public offering, if carried out, will be made within the framework of a shelf offering report to be published by the Company (if and to the extent published), in a uniform offering by way of a tender on the unit price. The scope of the public offering and other terms of the offer will be detailed in the framework of the shelf offering report, if and to the extent published.

The publication of the shelf offering report and the execution of the issuance thereunder are subject, among other things, to the receipt of all approvals required for this purpose by law, including the approval of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. for the listing of the bonds (Series 9) for trading.
