Dear Mr. Trypatsas,
We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2018.
The interim dividend will be €185.254 which corresponds to €A,A12 per share or 7,064/o on the share nominal value.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 28th February 2A2O (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the27th February 2020.
The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 25th March 202A.
