ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Dividend Pavment Postponed

We wish to inform you that at a meeting (unscheduled) held today, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the payment of lnterim Dividend which was announ@d on the 12th February 2020.

This is due to the economic uncertainty that currently exists due to the Covid-19 virus epidemic.

The interim dividend payment decision, will be re-examined in the future and once the market conditions stabilise.

It is specified however, that the registered shareholders that are eligible to dividend payment will remain the shareholders that were registered at the 27th of February 2020 (ex-d ividend date).
