BLUE - Dividend Pavment Postponed - Update

Following our announcements on 12th February, 12th March, and 18th March with regards to the dividend payment, Covid-19 uncertainty and dividend payment postponement, we wish to inform the following:

• 1. The decision for dividend payment remains and as such, it is an obligation of the company that will be fulfilled.
• 1. The Board of Directors will hold a meeting around the second half of July to decide the exact dividend payment date.
• 1. Eligible to dividend payment remain the shareholders that were registered at the 27th of Febrouary 2020 (ex-dividend date).
