ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Interim Dividend Payment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of Interim Dividend from the profits of 2016.

The interim dividend will be $\epsilon$ 231.567 which corresponds to $\epsilon$ 0.015 per share or 8.82% on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at $7^th$ of December 2017 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 6^th of December 2017.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 20^th of December 2017.
