ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE – Interim dividend payment

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of Interim Dividend from accumulated profits of 2011.

The interim dividend will be €185.254 which corresponds to €0,012 per share or 7,06% on the nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 26th March 2015 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be 24 th March 2015.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 15 th of April 2015.
