ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Acquisition of Immovable Property at Akrotiri, Limassol

Further to our announcement on the 19^th November 2025 regarding the above subject, we wish to announce that the transfer and registration of the land under the name of Blue Fisheries Ltd, subsidiary company and fully owned by Blue Island Plc (BLUE), has been completed.

More specifically, on the 10^th November 2025, Blue Fisheries Ltd (a subsidiary company and fully owned by Blue Island Plc), signed an agreement with Mr. Adamos Marneros for the purchase of land in Akrotiri (Limassol), of total area 14.411m². The total consideration was €990.000 . VAT was not applicable.
