We wish to inform you that we have been notified on the 27th of December 2017, that Mr & Mrs Markus & Barbara Morant through UBS AG - Client Omnibus Account for non Cyprus Residents, have acquired 773.862 fully paid shares of Blue lsland Plc.

With the acquisition of the above number of shares, the above shareholders become major share holders in the company's paid up capitalwith 5,01%.
