ANNOUNCEMENT

BLUE - Profit Warning for final results for the period ended 31/12/2019

Blue Island Plc, pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, announces that the consolidated results of the company for the period ended 31^st December 2019, are expected to be less profitable, than those of the corresponding period of 2018, despite the increased sales. This is due to lower export sales prices in combination with increased expenses.

More information will be given when the twelve month results are going to be published.
