• 1. The final audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2015.
• 1. The possibility of dividend payment.
• 1. The setting of the date of the shareholders Annual General Meeting.
• 1. The Interim Management Statement pursuant to Law N.190(I)/2007.
