ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
Date of 2021 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 , Blue Energy Limited (ASX:BLU) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2021 will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
The details of the venue unless otherwise advised will be:

Further information about the Annual General Meeting including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum will be released to shareholders in early October 2021.

Blue Energy further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Tuesday, 21 September 2021. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
