Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform you that on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its Board Meeting held today, recommended appointment of Dr. Vandana Aggarwal (DIN: 08013771 ), as Independent Director, on the Board of the Company, for a period of five (5) years with effect from July 23, 2024 to July 22, 2029, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

					the International Financial Serices Centre (IFSC) in India's GIFT-City, such as Aircraf as well as Ship
