Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that, Mr. V.N.lyer, Group Chief Financial Officer (KMP), at the Board Meeting of the Company held today i.e. October 27, 2023 has tendered his resignation as Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on January 31, 2024.

The Board of Directors noted his resignation and placed on record its sincere appreciation and thanks for his valuable contribution during association with the Company over three decades.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. V.N.lyer is enclosed as Annexure A.

The requisite disclosure as required under the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure B
