In compliance with Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in continuation of our earlier corporate announcements on captioned subject dated June 17, 2024, September 30, 2024, and November 04, 2024 we would like to inform you that the Company has successfully completed the acquisition of 57% equity holding in “Aadifidelis Solutions Private Limited” (ASPL).

Consequent to this acquisition, ASPL has become a Subsidiary Company of BLS E-Services Limited.
