Amendment to Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 31 July 2018, the Company announced details of various awards under the Bloomsbury Publishing Plc 2014 Performance Share Plan (RNS No. 3809W).

The information in the table below replaces that provided in that announcement, with the effect of a reduction in the number of shares under the award granted to Penny Scott-Bayfield, the Company's Finance Director, from the original 104,545 shares to 64,430 shares. The change arises due to an administrative error in the calculation of the number of shares under her award.  All other details in the announcement made on 31 July 2018 remain unchanged.
