On January 2, 2013, Dirk A. Montgomery advised Bloomin' Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Value Chain Officer of the Company effective January 14, 2013. Mr. Montgomery has accepted a position as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded clothing retailer.
