N P H INT'L<0182> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shares of HK$0.02 each (after capital restructuring)("Old Shares") in the capital of N P H International Holdings Limited will be consolidated into shares of HK$0.10 each ("New Shares") on the basis of 5 into 1 subject to its shareholders' approval at the Special General Meeting to be held on 25/4/2000. Upon the proposals becoming effective, a temporary counter under stock code 2995 and stock short name "N P H INT'L" will be established for trading in board lots of 400 New Shares each to replace the present counter (stock code: 182) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each effective from Wednesday, 26/4/2000.
