N P H INT'L<0182> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of N P H International Holdings Limited ("N P H Int'l) have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 5 then existing ordinary share ("Old Shares") of N P H Int'l into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from today (26/4/2000), a temporary counter under stock code 2995 and stock short name "N P H INT'L" will be established for trading in board lots of 400 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 182) for trading in board lots of 2,000 Old Shares each.
