APPROVAL OF THE QUOTATON OF CONCORD POWER CONSULTING & DESIGN (BEIJING) CORP., LTD ON THE NATIONAL EQUITIES EXCHANGE AND QUOTATIONS

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 6 May 2016 (the “May Announcement”) and 24 February 2017. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the May Announcement.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Design Co has recently obtained the approval from NEEQ Co., Ltd. for the listing and quotation of its shares on the NEEQ. The quotation of the shares of the Design Co on the NEEQ will commence on 9 May 2017 under the stock code of 871484.
