Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that, the Members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited (“the Company”) in its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, November 06, 2025 has granted 5,53,000 (Five Lakh Fifty Three Thousand) Stock Options under Bliss GVS Pharma Limited– Employee Stock Options Plan 2019 to the eligible employees of the Company.
