Subject: Intimation of Board Meeting
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at the registered office of the Company to consider and approve, inter alia, the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company was closed for all the Designated Persons and their irrunediate relatives of the Company from January 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020.
