Notice of Release of Escrowed Securities

BlinkLab Limited (ASX:BB1) (“BlinkLab”, “the Company”), advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A that 4,150,022 securities (ordinary shares), will be released from escrow on 14 December 2024. Please refer to the Company’s ASX announcement ‘Pre-Quotation Disclosure’, dated 2 April 2024, for further detail.

The Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares that are to be released from escrow with ASX by lodgement of an Appendix 2A.

This announcement has been approved by the Company Secretary on behalf of the Board of Directors.
