BLENDE SILVER CORP. WARRANT AMENDMENTS

December 23, 2025

Vancouver, Canada – Blende Silver Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: BAG) announces it proposes to amend warrants as follows: 8,062,500 warrants exercisable at $0.20 set to expire December 29, 2025 are repriced to $0.11 and extended to December 29, 2026 similarly 450,000 warrants exercisable at $0.20 set to expire January 15, 2026 are repriced to $0.11 and extended to January 15, 2027. The warrant amendments are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
