Notification of Interest in Share Capital

Blencowe Resources Plc announces it has been advised today that following subscriptions in the recent Initial Public Offering, Neal Griffith and Oliver Stansfield now each have a shareholding of 958,333 shares, individually representing 3.03% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.

Both individuals are Directors of Brandon Hill Capital Ltd, a natural resources focused investor and adviser, which also subscribed in the IPO and now has a direct interest in 2,825,000 shares, representing 8.9% of the outstanding share capital of the Company. 

Accordingly, the revised combined interest of these three parties is 4,741,666 shares, representing 14.97% of the outstanding share capital.
