The Company confirms that its statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion on these Financial Results.
3) The consolidated financial statements include the financial performance and position of BLB Growth Ventures Private Limited, incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary during FY 2025-26. Accordingly, previous year figures are not fully comparable with the current year.
4) Figures for the previous quarter/ period have been regrouped/ rearranged wherever necessary.

1) सेबी (सुनीमन बाध्यताएं एवं प्रकटन आवश्यकताएं) विनियमन, 2015, के विनियमन 33 के अनुसार, स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों में दाखिल की गई उपरोक्त वित्तीय परिणामों के विस्तृत प्रारूप का उद्धरण है। वित्तीय परिणामों का संपूर्ण प्रारूप स्टॉक एक्सचेंज की वेबसाइटों (www.baeindia.com और www.rseindia.com) और कंपनी की वेबसाइट www.biblimited.com पर उपलब्ध है।
2) उपर्युक्त समेकित वित्तीय परिणामों और स्टैंडअलोन वित्तीय परिणामों की समीक्षा तथा अनुशंसा लेखा परीक्षा समिति द्वारा की गई, और 27 मई 2026 को आयोजित अपनी-अपनी बैठकों में निदेशक मंडल द्वारा इन्हें अनुमोदित किया गया। कंपनी पुष्टि करती है कि उसके वैधानिक लेखा परीक्षकों ने इन वित्तीय परिणामों पर एक अपरिवर्तित सय व्यक्त की है।
3) समेकित वित्तीय विवरणों में बीएलबी ग्रोथ वेबसर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड का वित्तीय प्रदर्शन और स्थिति शामिल है, जिसे वित्त वर्ष 2026-26 के दौरान पूर्ण स्वामित्व वाली सहायक कंपनी के रूप में निगमित किया गया था। अत: पिछले वर्ष के आँकड़े चालू वर्ष के आँकड़ों से पूरी तरह तुलनीय नहीं हैं।
4) पिछले तिमाही/अवधि के आंकड़ों को, जहाँ भी आवश्यक था, पुनर्संयुक्त/पुनर्व्यवस्थित किया गया है।
