RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Blaze International Limited (ASX:BLZ) (Company), wishes to advise that Mr Sonu Cheema has resigned as Company Secretary and that Mr Andrew Bickley has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective on and from 19 March 2021. The Company would like to thank Mr Cheema for his contribution to the Company.

Mr Bickley has over 10 years’ experience working in governance and company secretarial roles with public and private companies in Australia and abroad.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Bickley will also be the person responsible for communication between the Company and ASX.
