Blaze Minerals Limited (ASX: BLZ) (“ Blaze ” or the “ Company ”), wishes to advise that following the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”), the Company has appointed Mr David Prentice as Non-executive Chairman of the Company, while Mr David Wheeler concurrently retires as a director of Blaze.

Mr Prentice is a senior resources executive with 25 plus years domestic and international experience. Mr Prentice started his career working in commercial and business development roles within the resources sector working for some of Australia’s most successful gold and nickel exploration and production companies. During the last 16 years, Mr Prentice has gained international oil and gas exploration and production sector experience (with a specific focus on the MidContinent region of the United States) working in both executive and non-executive director roles with Australian publicly traded companies.

The board would like to thank Mr Wheeler for his contribution to the growth and development of the Company throughout his tenure and wish him well for his future endeavours.
