BlackWall Limited (ASX:BWF) – Notice under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by BlackWall Limited (ABN 37 146 935 131) under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ). BWF advises that:

• a) today BWF has issued 11,280 fully paid ordinary shares in BWF ( Issued Shares ) under an employee incentive scheme;

• b) the Issued Shares are issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act and without a Product Disclosure Statement for the Issued Securities being prepared;

• c) this notice is given under sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Act;

• d) as a disclosing entity, BWF is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• e) as at the date of this notice, BWF has complied with:

  • i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as the apply to BWF; and

  • ii. section 674 of the Act as it applies to BWF; and

  • iii. as at the date of this notice there is no “excluded information” within the meaning of sections 708A(7), 708A(8), 1012DA(8) of the Act.
