Strategic Alliance with Primary Markets

Blackwall Property Funds today announces it has formed a strategic partnership with PrimaryMarkets, the platform for the sale and purchase of unlisted securities and investments.

The partnership allows for trading of units in Blackwall’s unlisted property funds on PrimaryMarkets’ online platform.

Unitholders in Blackwall’s funds will be able to utilise the platform if they want to exit their investment in the property trusts before the maturity date.

Blackwall Property Funds’ Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Brown, said: “We believe the relationship with PrimaryMarkets will be beneficial as it can provide an early liquidity event for our unitholders should they need it.”

New Blackwall offerings will also be available for subscription on PrimaryMarkets.
