BlackWall Property Funds Limited announces the acquisition of 84 Brunswick Street in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. The property was purchased for $4.25 million and is the Company’s second acquisition this year. Together with the recent purchase of 217 Flinders Street in Adelaide ($2.8m), these two properties are earmarked to house BlackWall’s expanding WOTSO WorkSpace business.
