BlackWall Limited (ASX: BWF) announces the resignation of both Timothy Brown and Jessie Glew as Executive Directors of the Company. Robin Tedder has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company. The resignations and appointment take effect from 28 February 2024.

The Company also announces the resignation of both Timothy Brown and Agata Ryan as Company Secretaries and the appointment of David Vlotman in that role. The resignations and appointment take effect from 28 February 2024.

David Vlotman will be the Company’s representative responsible for communication with the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
