BlackWall Limited (ASX:BWF) announces the resignation of Alexander Whitelum as Company Secretary of BlackWall Limited and its subsidiaries. This resignation is effective 10 March 2023.
Timothy Brown (Joint Managing Director and CFO) and Agata Ryan will be appointed as joint Company Secretaries of BWF and its subsidiaries, effective 10 March 2023.
Agata Ryan will be responsible for BWF’s communications with the ASX under ASX Listing Rule 12.6, effective 10 March 2023.
