The Company announces the resignation of Sophie Gowland as Company Secretary. Timothy Brown will assume the role on an interim basis until the permanent replacement commences which is due to be in April. A further announcement will be made at that time. The resignation and commencement take effect from today.

Timothy Brown will be the Company’s representative responsible for communication with the ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
