BWF: Resignation of Company Secretary
BlackWall Limited announces the resignation of Caroline Raw. After three years as BlackWall’s in-house legal advisor, Compliance Officer and Company Secretary, Caroline has decided to continue her legal career in the corporate and commercial team at Hall & Wilcox.
Hall & Wilcox are the corporate lawyers for BlackWall and its funds and, as such, Caroline will continue to build on the significant contribution she has made to our business as an external advisor.
We thank Caroline for her contribution, congratulate her on her new role and look forward to working with her in the future.
Timothy Brown, BlackWall Chief Financial Officer, will assume the position of Company Secretary across the BlackWall group.
