Wolverson, CPG, Consulting Geologist, consent to the public filing of the technical report titled “Technical Report on the Tonopah West Property, Nye and Esmeralda Counties, Nevada, USA” effective September 18, 2020 and dated October 14, 2020, as amended January 25, 2021 (the “ Technical Report ”) by Blackrock Gold Corp. (the “ Company ”).

I also consent to any extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the amended Annual Information Form of the Company dated October 28, 2020 (except dated as of January 25, 2021 in respect of the Technical Report amended January 25, 2021 and certain other matters)(the “ AIF ”).

I certify that I have read the AIF being filed by the Company and that it fairly and accurately represents the information in the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible.
