Issue of Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an Offer for Subscription of up to £20 million of Ordinary Shares with an over-allotment facility for up to a further £20 million of Ordinary Shares, pursuant to a prospectus dated 11 September 2025 (the "Offer")

The Company announces an allotment on 2 April 2026 in respect of 6,176,674 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Offer.  In accordance with the Offer Price set out in the prospectus containing details of the Offer, the subscription prices at which Ordinary Shares were allotted ranged from 92.86p to 98.30p per Ordinary Share.

Following this allotment, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 87,111,199 (including 2 Ordinary Shares issued as subscriber shares).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 87,111,199.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Application for these Ordinary Shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on or around 8 April 2026.  CREST accounts are expected to be credited as soon as practicable following the allotment and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched within ten business days of allotment.
