Director Change of Information

The Company was informed on 27 November 2015 by David Main, a non-executive director, of the following changes to his director details:

Mr Main was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Royal Swets & Zeitlinger Holding NV ("RSZ"), a Netherlands based content management company which operates under the trade name 'Swets', in January 2010. RSZ was a highly leveraged and distressed private company. Mr Main was employed to restructure the company and manage the business situation. Mr Main resigned as Chief Executive Officer in April 2014 linked to disagreements on the way forward. In September 2014, RSZ was placed into administration by the Dutch courts and the company and its subsidiaries subsequently filed for bankruptcy. The bankruptcy process remains ongoing and the final amount outstanding to creditors is unknown.

This announcement is being released in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
