Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that, on 27 May 2021, Andrew Bentley, the Chairman bought 56,725 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 34.9 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchases, Andrew Bentley, now has a total beneficial interest in 236,654 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
