Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Stephen White now holds a total beneficial interest in 279,286 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
