Forbidden Technologies plc, the AIM-quoted owner and developer of the market leading FORscene Cloud video platform, announces that on 27 March 2013, Phil Madden, Finance Director of the Company, purchased a total of 36,260 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 27.31 pence per share.  Following this purchase his holding is 257,638 shares, representing 0.30 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
