Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Forbidden Technologies plc (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted owner and developer of the market leading cloud video platform, FORscene, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Lees will today join the Board as Non-Executive Director.

Jonathan Charles Lees, age 57, has been a Chartered Accountant since 1982 and for the last twenty years has held a number of senior finance positions in SMEs operating in both the technology and media sectors. Jonathan has also completed a number of senior interim assignments focusing on providing financial resilience and capability to companies in the TMT space.

Earlier in his career Jonathan was CFO of First Artist Corporation plc, guiding it to a successful IPO in 2001; CFO of DCS Group, a FTSE 250 International Systems and Outsourcing Company; and CFO of Eidos plc, a computer game publisher.

Jonathan is currently a Board Member of Duet Partners, a corporate advisory firm that provides capital raising, M&A and strategic advisory services to high growth businesses.

Mr Lees was a director of RadioScape Limited, a company that went into administration in April 2009. The business was sold following entering administration, although there was a creditor shortfall.

Save for the declarations above there is no further information to be disclosed in respect of the appointment of Mr Lees under Rule 17 or Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
