Black Rock Mining Limited (ASX: BKT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Black Rock Mining Limited (‘BKT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BKT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 August 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Black Rock Mining Limited (“Company”) (ASX:BKT) In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Black Rock Mining Ltd hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities, pending an announcement regarding a proposed equity raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 23 August 2018 or an announcement in relation to the above is made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
