TRADING HALT

The securities of Black Rock Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 6 November 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Black Rock Mining Limited (“Company”) (ASX:BKT) In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Black Rock Mining Ltd hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities (BKT and BKTOD) , pending an announcement regarding a proposed equity raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 6 November 2017 or an announcement in relation to the above is made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
