REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Greenrock Energy Ltd hereby requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities (GRK) and (GRKOB).
The Company is in the process of finalising a material transaction in relation to the acquisition of mineral exploration tenement and a trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market which we are expecting to announce on Monday 7 July 2014 (or earlier, if the relevant announcement is made).
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
