Appointment of Graphite Marketing Consultant

Black Rock Mining Limited (ASX.BKT) (“Black Rock Mining” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Sills, a specialist commodity marketing professional on an exclusive basis to market the graphite from the Company’s Mahenge project.

Robert is a commodity marketing specialist with over 20 years international experience in the marketing and development of specialty metals and industrial minerals. He has extensive experience in negotiating with global intermediate processors and end-users and has a solid track record of successfully concluding agreements with a significant number of global organisations. Prior to joining Black Rock Mining, Robert performed similar roles with Rio Tinto and Gold Corporation in Australia, the UK, the USA, China, Korea and Japan.

The primary objective to this appointment is the securing of long-term offtake agreements with a focus on potential customers in Asia, Europe and the USA.
