APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Green Rock Energy Ltd (ASX:GRK and GRKOB) gives notice that current Non Executive Director Mr Gabriel Chiappini has been appointed as Company Secretary.

Gabriel Chiappini is Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience as a finance professional and member of Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Chiappini’s background is with a Big 4 Accounting Firm as well as London Banking and property experience together with various ASX listed Chief Financial Officer/Finance Director roles. Mr Chiappini is currently director and company secretary of a number of ASX companies.

Mr Chiappini’s appointment follows the retirement of Mr Nigel Hodder as Company Secretary. Chairman, Mr Richard Beresford stated, “I would like to personally thank Mr Nigel Hodder for his service to the company and the energy and input we received during Mr Hodder’s term with Green Rock. We wish Mr Hodder all the best with his future endeavours.”
